Team Analysis

Who carried whom, Sunday cards, quick qualifiers, weekly winners, money pairs and the best-5 race – just for fun

All Winter League cards, Winter 2020 to Winter 2026. Dates link to the published round results; names link to player pages. Small grey numbers are CDH numbers.

Just for fun, and separate from the real team results, which are not changed. The official rule, as the Scoring System works it out: a player’s best 5 is his five highest Stableford totals of the season – every round counts, Saturday, Sunday or the odd weekday, with no once-a-weekend limit (fewer than five cards: he counts what he has). A team is the two players listed for that season, and the team total is player 1’s best 5 plus player 2’s best 5; teams are ranked on the total alone (level totals share the place). Q means both players have at least five cards. Each season has one team list, so every card a player hands in that season counts for the team he is listed in. Winter League rounds are 12 holes (1 to 6, 8 to 12 and 16), all Stableford, with the league’s own lookup handicaps (unofficial, not World Handicap System). Click a column heading to sort.

Counting cards are the five that make up the best 5; when cards tie for the last place the earlier one counts. A week is Monday to Sunday, so a Saturday and the Sunday after are one week. The season switches choose which seasons are counted – any combination; your choice is remembered on this computer. They change every table; each chart shows one season, picked above it.
